Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (Accepting New Grads) - Crescent City, CA
Location: Crescent City, California
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week
Compensation
$160,000 to $200,000 annually, plus an incentive bonus, depending on experience. Potential to earn up to $300,000 annually (based on productivity).
About The Role
We're hiring a full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary care clinic. You'll care for patients at a sustainable pace - around 3 patients per hour - with a strong administrative team managing scheduling and daily operations.
This role is intentionally designed to reduce burnout and allow providers to focus on meaningful, relationship-based care.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Conduct physical exams and preventive screenings
- Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Maintain accurate and ethical medical documentation
- Collaborate closely with physicians and care team members
- Follow established clinical guidelines and protocols
- Active and unrestricted California NP or PA license - required
- National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Current DEA license
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Interest in community-based, mission-driven healthcare
- $160,000 to $200,000 annually, plus an incentive bonus, depending on experience. Potential to earn up to $300,000 annually (with 40 clinical hours per week and seeing 3 patients per hour).
